TUESDAY, June 25, 2013

  • Move in: stalls will not be available until 1pm

WEDNESDAY, June 26, 2013

  • 7:00 AM Set Up by Committee
  • 8:00 AM Contestants’ Meeting – Hippology Contest Hippology Rotation of written test, tations and group problem
  • 12 NOON Lunch Break for all contestants
  • 1:00 PM Contestants’ Meeting – Horse Judging Contest
  • 1:30 PM Horse Judging & Hippology Halter & Performance Judging classes
  • Horse Judging Oral Reasons to follow
  • 6:30 PM Ice Cream Social Meet and Greet 

THURSDAY, June 27, 2013

  • 7:00 AM Set Up by Committee
  • 8:30 AM Contestants’ Meeting – Horse Bowl, Junior Division followed by Senior Division
  • 12 NOON Lunch Break for all contestants (approximate time)
  • 1:00 PM Horse Bowl continues
  • 1:00 PM Show office Opens
  • 4:00 PM Demonstration & Public Speaking Contest
  • 5:00 – 7:00 PM Over Fences Warm Ups
  • 7:30 PM Educational Awards Banquet/ Participants’ Meeting – for entire show 

FRIDAY, June 28, 2013

  • 6:30 AM Warm up arena available
  • 7:30 AM Ring #2: English Showmanship followed by English rail classes
  • 9:00 AM Ring #1: Over Fences classes*All Jumping will be open card. Please schedule your rounds as early as possible so as to help in moving the day along before the heat becomes too intense.
  • TBA - at the conclusion of Over Fence classes, Trail Warm Ups
  • 6:00 PM English Flat & Over Fences High Point Awards
  • Cowboy Dressage Demonstration
  • Versatility Class 

SATURDAY, June 29, 2013

  • 6:30 AM Warm up arena available
  • 7:30 AM Ring #2: Western Showmanship followed by, Western Rail classes, Horsemanship & Reining
  • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Ring # 1: Trail
  • 3:00 PM Ring #1: Miniature Horse Classes

* Trail and rail classes will run concurrently starting at 10:00.Trail will be run on an open card.

If you will be showing rail classes it is strongly recommended that you complete your Trail Classes as early as possible so that you will not have conflict with your rail classes. It is YOUR responsibility to get your classes done.

  • 5:00 – 7:00 PM “Time Only” Clover Leaf Barrels Warm Ups
  • 7:00 PM Western High Point Awards
  • Dollar Bill Bareback Class – Youth $1.00 entry fee
  • Dollar Bill Bareback Class – Adult $10.00 entry fee

Following conclusion of Gymkhana classes - Gymkhana Class Awards & High Point & Overall High Point
